Heat Treatment & Helpful Tips

Prepare a small amount approved sanitizer. Container or spray bottle
Sanitize door Spout(s) and bottom draw valves for 1 minute. Install red design (caps)
When ready to resume normal operation, touch the Snowflake symbol (auto mode). *Note: no action needed if programed in Auto Start. When the unit cycles off the product in the freezing cylinder will be ready to serve.
Place all cleaned and sanitized parts back in place.
Use a clean, sanitized towel, wipe down the freezer door front panel and area around the bottom of the freezer door, and any other areas that demonstrate a buildup of either moisture or soft serve mix.

Install the clean and sanitized Flavor Burst Assembly to the Taylor freezer
Check the operation
Hold a cup under the Flavor Burst spout. Push the sanitizer button on the Keypad or Color Touch Panel to sanitize the assembly.

Remove drip pan(s), front drip tray, splash shield, red design caps and place on a clean dry surface to air dry overnight.
Remove: Agitator(s) – Hopper cover(s) clean and sanitize, put back in place.
Fill Mix level between the low high marks on the Hopper Agitator
Be sure the agitator(s) are installed, and the power switch is on, and either the Snowflake (auto mode) or Ice cream cone with the raindrops (standby mode) are selected or the unit will not have a successful heat treat cycle.
Sanitize door Spout(s) and bottom draw valves for 1 minute.
Auto Heat Cycle - Good to go…. Manual Heat Cycle touch the Sun (heat mode) symbol.

Remove the Flavor Burst assembly, clean and sanitize let air dry
Cap the injector syrup tube.
